GIWIH — Shipping & Delivery Policy

GIWIH — Get It While It’s Hot! — offers products fulfilled through a network of independent suppliers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated based on the products in your cart, supplier, destination, and selected shipping service.

All applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Free shipping applies only when a free-shipping option is available for your order and delivery address at checkout.

Processing and Delivery

Processing and transit times vary by product, supplier, carrier, and destination.

Where available, estimated delivery information will be displayed during checkout or provided after purchase.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly identified as guaranteed.

If an order cannot ship within the applicable promised or legally required timeframe, GIWIH will communicate available options, including cancellation and a refund where required.

Multiple Shipments

Products in one order may be dispatched from different supplier locations.

As a result, items may arrive separately and on different dates. Tracking details will be provided when available.

Address Corrections

Please verify your delivery address before placing an order.

If a correction is necessary, contact giwihstore@gmail.com immediately with your order number. Address changes cannot always be made after fulfillment begins.

Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If an order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate the package, contact us.

We will investigate with the supplier or shipping carrier and help determine an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

Orders can be shipped only to destinations supported at checkout.

If international shipping is offered, import duties, customs charges, or additional taxes may apply unless expressly included in the checkout total. We will disclose applicable purchase terms before checkout as required by law.
